  • 1 Thomas’® Everything Bagel
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1 egg
  • 3 to 4 julienned red onions strips
  • ½ tsp chopped dill and/or parsley


  1. Split your Thomas’® Everything Bagel and lightly toast. Spread each half with butter.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place prosciutto on top. Bake until crispy, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a full boil. Add egg and continue to boil for 7 to 8 minutes. Transfer egg to an ice bath to stop cooking. Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then peel and slice in half.
  4. Place crisp prosciutto on Bagel bottom. Top with egg, onion, and herbs.
