- 1 Thomas’® Original English Muffin
- 2 tbsp goat cheese
- ½ pear, cut into ¼-inch slices
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp pistachios
- ¼ cup arugula
Directions
- Split your Thomas’ Original English Muffin with hands or a fork and lightly toast.
- Spread English Muffin bottom with goat cheese. Add sliced pears then drizzle with honey. Sprinkle on pistachios, top with arugula then add English Muffin top.
