  • 1 Thomas’® Light Multi Grain English Muffin
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp chili crunch


  1. Split your Thomas’ Light Multi Grain English Muffin with hands or a fork and lightly toast. Spread with butter.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking oil. Add egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook egg until you reach your preferred doneness.
  3. Transfer egg to English Muffin bottom. Drizzle on chili crunch then add English Muffin top.
