The Spicy Breakfast Sandwich
While easy to prepare, this brekkie has a kick! It combines a fried egg, chili crunch & a Thomas’® English Muffin.
Ingredients
- 1 Thomas’® Light Multi Grain English Muffin
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 egg
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chili crunch
Directions
- Split your Thomas’ Light Multi Grain English Muffin with hands or a fork and lightly toast. Spread with butter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking oil. Add egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook egg until you reach your preferred doneness.
- Transfer egg to English Muffin bottom. Drizzle on chili crunch then add English Muffin top.
