  • 6 Thomas'® Plain Mini Bagels
  • 1 lb Texas smoked brisket
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 12 pickles
  • BBQ sauce


  1. Split Mini Bagels and lightly toast.
  2. Divide brisket and add to Bagel bottoms, along with 1 tbsp BBQ sauce.
