Ingredients

  • 1 Thomas’® Plain Bagel
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 egg
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato slice
  • ¼ cup arugula

Directions

  1. Split bagel in half and lightly toast. Spread each half with butter.
  2. Add bacon to a skillet and cook over medium-low heat. Flip occasionally and cook through for 8-10 minutes to desired crispness.
  3. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking oil. Add egg, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and cook egg until you reach your preferred doneness.
  4. Place arugula on bagel bottom. Add tomato, cooked bacon, and fried egg. Add bagel top.
