  • 4 Thomas’® Plain Bagels
  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • half stick butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • bibb lettuce leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and split bagels on a baking sheet. Toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl mix together lobster, melted butter, chive, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Divide mayo and spread onto bagel bottoms. Spoon on lobster mixture and add bibb lettuce. Add bagel top and enjoy, pinkies up!
