  • 1 Thomas’® 100% Whole Wheat Bagel
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 oz deli turkey
  • 1 boiled egg sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 tomato slices
  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • 1 oz spinach leaves


  1. Split Bagel in half and lightly toast.
  2. Spread mayo on Bagel bottom and add turkey, boiled egg, avocado, tomato, cucumber, and spinach leaves. Add Bagel top and enjoy!
