The Happy Crunchin’ Bagel
It's all in the name. the Happy Crunchin' Bagel is a great post-workout dinner, but also works any time you're just plain hungry. Get veggies, whole grains, and lean meat all in one super-yum place.
- 1 Thomas’® 100% Whole Wheat Bagel
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 oz deli turkey
- 1 boiled egg sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 tomato slices
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- 1 oz spinach leaves
- Split Bagel in half and lightly toast.
- Spread mayo on Bagel bottom and add turkey, boiled egg, avocado, tomato, cucumber, and spinach leaves. Add Bagel top and enjoy!
