  • 6 slices Thomas’® Cinnamon Swirl Bread
  • 1 block cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ tub cream cheese frosting
  • ½ stick butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp birthday cake sprinkles and more for serving


  1. Lightly toast Swirl Bread.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cream cheese frosting, and butter. Gently fold in birthday cake sprinkles.
