Ingredients

3 Thomas’® Plain Bagels
1 tablespoon butter
½ tablespoon garlic, minced
10 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
½ cup Ricotta cheese
9 slices Mozzarella cheese, halved
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat. Cook garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms and oregano and cook until desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Lay bagel halves facing up on a baking sheet. Place 3 slices of Mozzarella on each bagel and top with dollops of Ricotta, sprinkle of Parmesan, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
3. Bake until cheese is bubbly (approximately 15-20 minutes).
