4 tablespoons canned white beans, crushed
4 slices cucumber
¼ avocado, sliced
1 handful alfalfa sprouts

Directions

Toast Thomas’® Bagel Thins® bagel. After bagel is toasted, spread the crushed white beans on the bottom half and then layer cucumber slices, alfalfas sprouts and avocado slices on top. Replace the top of the bagel on the avocado and enjoy!
