2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 slice cantaloupe
1 slice honeydew
1 slice watermelon
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

1. Spread cream cheese on both toasted English muffin halves.
2. Use mini cookie cutters to cut flower shapes from the cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon.
3. Arrange a few melon flowers atop cream cheese. Sprinkle with lemon zest and enjoy.
