Turkey, Cranberry and Cheese Mini Bagel Sliders

Ingredients

6 Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels
3 slices Provolone cheese, quartered
1 cup leftover turkey, sliced
⅓ cup cranberry sauce
1 ½ tablespoons butter, softened
¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Place bottom half of mini bagels in a 9-by-13-inch baking pan and place Provolone cheese in the center of each bagel. Top each with turkey, cranberry sauce and a bagel lid.
2. In a small bowl mix butter and Dijon mustard until well combined. Brush mixture on tops of bagels and cover with foil.
3. Bake sliders for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
