Turkey, Cranberry and Cheese Mini Bagel Sliders
Turn delicious Thanksgiving leftovers into a simple lunch.
3 slices Provolone cheese, quartered
1 cup leftover turkey, sliced
⅓ cup cranberry sauce
1 ½ tablespoons butter, softened
¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard
2. In a small bowl mix butter and Dijon mustard until well combined. Brush mixture on tops of bagels and cover with foil.
3. Bake sliders for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
