Ingredients
3 Thomas’ Plain Bagels, halved
6 tsp horseradish Dijon mustard
6-12 slices thickly cut turkey breast
2 large honey crisp apples, thinly sliced
6 slices Colby-Jack cheddar cheese
1 cup micro-greens

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Split Thomas’ Bagels and place each half on a large baking sheet. Bake bagels in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly toasted. Evenly spread mustard on each bagel half then top with turkey, apple and cheese. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted. Finish with micro-greens.
