Thanksgiving Turkey English Muffin

Ingredients

1 Thomas’® English Muffins, split and toasted
1/4 cup cooked Turkey, chopped or in pieces
2 slices cooked Bacon
Hazelnut Spread
Blue Cheese
1/2 small Anaheim chili pepper
Greens (watercress or parsley)

Directions

Toast a Thomas’® Original English Muffin. Apply hazelnut spread on bottom of muffin. Add blue cheese. Combine cooked bacon and cooked turkey in pan and heat together. Slice the chili pepper and place on top of the blue cheese. Add on the bacon and turkey pieces. Lay the leafy greens (watercress) over top. Drizzle a little lemon juice for taste. Top with remaining English Muffin half.
