Swirl Bread, Brie & Apricot Grilled Cheese
Indulge the kid in you with this grown-up grilled cheese.
2 apricots, sliced and grilled
2 tablespoons butter
10 slices Brie cheese, thin
4 basil leaves, minced
2. Spread butter on 1 side of each bread slice. Place 2 slices, butter side down, in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange 5 slices of Brie on each buttered slice. Top with sliced apricots and minced basil, followed by remaining buttered bread slices, butter side up.
3. Cook grilled cheese until golden brown on bottom. Carefully flip and continue cooking until second side is golden brown.
