Ingredients

1 Thomas’® 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins® bagel<br/>

¼ cup whole almonds, chopped<br/>

8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese<br/>

½ cup golden raisins<br/>

1 teaspoon orange zest<br/>

¼ cup honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle almonds on small baking sheet and cook until fragrant (approximately 5-7 minutes). Remove and let cool to touch.<br/>
  2. Combine cream cheese, raisins, orange zest and honey in a food processor and pulse to combine. Scrape down sides if needed. Add almonds and pulse to combine. Transfer cream cheese spread to a bowl and refrigerate for an hour or more.<br/>
  3. Toast bagel, spread with mixture and enjoy.
