Sunny-Side Up Egg Breakfast Bagel
Make a to-go breakfast for rough mornings. Eggs, salt, pepper and a Thomas’ Traditional Plain Bagel is all you need.
1 Thomas'® Plain Bagel
2-3 slices bacon
1/2 avocado, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice and toast 1 Thomas’ Traditional Plain Bagel. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook bacon over medium to high heat until desired crispiness; set bacon aside to cool. In another pan, cook one egg to desired consistency; season with salt and pepper. Assemble sandwich with 2 to 3 slices of bacon, cooked egg and avocado slices.
