Spring Veggie, Egg & Prosciutto Bagel
This scrumptious breakfast sandwich is sure to put a spring in your step.
2-3 slices prosciutto
1 handful spring salad mix
2. Remove and stir then return to microwave for 10 more seconds. Continue microwaving in 5-10 second intervals until egg is firm on one side.
3. Flip egg and microwave another 10 seconds. Continue microwaving in 5-10 second intervals until egg is fully cooked.
4. Lightly toast bagel and top one half with prosciutto, egg and salad mix. Top with remaining bagel half and serve immediately.
