Spinach & Artichoke Grilled Cheese Bagel
Now here’s a grilled cheese with a tasty twist.
1 tablespoon butter, divided
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ cup spinach
½ cup artichoke hearts, rinsed and chopped
1 tablespoon sour cream
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 pinch each salt and pepper
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
2. Place 1 slice of Mozzarella on the bottom half of the bagel. Layer on the spinach-artichoke mixture, the second slice of Mozzarella and bagel top.
3. Melt the remaining ½ tablespoon of butter in a small pan, and place the grilled cheese in the pan. Cook for about 2-4 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt and bagel becomes lightly toasted. Flip and cook until golden brown on second side and cheese is melted. Remove from the heat and enjoy!
