Spinach Artichoke Bagel
Why wait for a party when you can enjoy this delicious dip any time the mood strikes you?
1 cup spinach, wilted
⅓ cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and garlic. Add spinach and heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
3. Add artichoke hearts and heat for another minute. Then add Mozzarella cheese and heat until melted. Remove from heat.
4. Spoon on top of toasted bagel halves. Serve warm.
