Spicy Scrambled Egg Bagel
This sunny breakfast sandwich tastes all the more scrumptious atop a Thomas’® NEW Nooks & Crannies® Bagel.
⅛ cup half & half (or milk)
⅓ package bacon, chopped
⅓ cup diced green pepper
⅓ cup diced onion
2. While bacon is cooking, dice green peppers and onions into small bite-size pieces. Add onions and green peppers to skillet with bacon. Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. In a small bowl, combine eggs and half & half and whisk together until combined. Pour egg mixture over bacon and veggie mixture, and stir until eggs are yellow and fluffy.
4. Slice bagel in half and top both halves with egg mixture.
