1 Thomas’® Original English Muffin
1 egg, scrambled
3 strawberries, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Place one half of a toasted English muffin in the center of a large plate. Arrange thinly sliced strawberries on both sides of muffin to create a ribbon.
2. In a medium skillet, cook the egg on medium-high heat until fluffy and yellow.
3. Place scrambled eggs on top of the English muffin. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
