Roasted Pepper, Egg & Spinach English Muffin
Sauté your way into deliciousness this morning.
1 Thomas’® English Muffin, toasted
1 tablespoon butter
3 slices roasted red pepper
1 cup baby spinach
In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Crack egg into skillet and cook until white is solid and yolk is set. Transfer egg to a plate. Add spinach and roasted red peppers to same skillet and cook until wilted. Layer ingredients on muffin base and top with egg and muffin lid.
