Ingredients

4 Thomas’® Pumpkin Spice English Muffins, split
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk or cream
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch of salt
olive oil for cooking

Pear Topping:
2 medium pears, sliced thin
¼ cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar

Directions

Heat skillet on medium. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk or cream, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Whisk well. Drizzle skillet with olive oil. Split Thomas’ Pumpkin Spice English Muffins and dip in egg mixture then place in skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Remove English Muffins and turn heat to low-medium. Add butter and pears to skillet. Cook until pears are tender crisp then add brown sugar. Continue to cook until pears are lightly browned and softened. Serve sliced pears over English Muffins.
