Protein-Packed English Muffin Sandwich
Check out this protein packed breakfast sandwich thats good anytime of day.
2 Thomas’® Whole Wheat English Muffins, split and toasted
4 pieces bacon, cooked
2 large organic eggs
2 slices, 1.5 ounces each Muenster cheese
1/2 tablespoon butter
2. Once eggs are cooked to desired firmness, remove from heat.
3. Top each bottom half with scrambled eggs, Muenster cheese and bacon.
4. Top with remaining muffin halves.
