Ingredients

2 Thomas’® Whole Wheat English Muffins, split and toasted
4 pieces bacon, cooked
2 large organic eggs
2 slices, 1.5 ounces each Muenster cheese
1/2 tablespoon butter

Directions

1. Add butter to heated pan. Once melted, add eggs. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently.
2. Once eggs are cooked to desired firmness, remove from heat.
3. Top each bottom half with scrambled eggs, Muenster cheese and bacon.
4. Top with remaining muffin halves.
