Plum & Cheese Bagel Melt
Lunch rut? Whip up a simple but elegant Plum & Cheese Bagel Melt.
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 slices Provolone cheese
1 plum, sliced
½ yellow onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2. Layer Provolone cheese, plums and onions on the bottom half of the bagel. Cap with bagel lid.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place sandwich in skillet and cook until golden brown on bottom, approximately 3 minutes. Carefully flip and cook an additional 3 minutes.
