
Philly Cheesesteak Onion Bagel

Dial up the flavor of this classic American favorite with a Thomas’® Onion Bagel.

Ingredients
2 Thomas’® Onion Bagels, toasted
Olive oil
½ green bell pepper, sliced in long strips
½ onion, sliced in long strips
4 pieces skirt steak, thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Place pepper and onion in skillet and cook until soft. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
2. Return skillet to heat, add skirt steak and cook until browned through, using spatula to chop into smaller pieces as it cooks.
3. Assemble the bagel by placing the meat on each bagel bottom, followed by 2 pieces of cheese, and a scoop of onions and peppers. Cap each sandwich with bagel tops and enjoy.
