2 Thomas’® Original English Muffins
1 pear, sliced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons Goat cheese
2 tablespoons walnuts
4 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Arrange fork-split English muffins, Nooks & Crannies up, in a square baking pan. Top each with pears, cinnamon, cheese and walnuts. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
2. Whisk together maple syrup and vanilla, drizzle on top and enjoy!
