Peanut Butter, Banana & Maple Muffins
Peanut butter, bananas and maple muffins. The kids will be thrilled to try it.
2 Thomas'® Honey Wheat English Muffins, split and lightly toasted
2/3 cup chunky or smooth style peanut butter
1 (6 oz) firm-ripe banana, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 oz Maple Syrup
1. Spread peanut butter evenly (about 2 1/2 tablespoons each) and place on a sheet pan.
2. Top each with 1/4 of bananas overlapping them.
3. Drizzle with maple syrup.
