Peach & Blueberry English Muffin
Summery flavors abound in this peachy breakfast.
3 fresh peaches, skinned, pitted and diced
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2. Once sauce becomes syrup-like, remove from heat and allow to cool. Drizzle over both toasted muffin halves and serve with a dash of powdered sugar.
