Ingredients

1 Thomas’® Blueberry English Muffin, split and toasted
3 fresh peaches, skinned, pitted and diced
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, water and cinnamon, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 12–14 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Once sauce becomes syrup-like, remove from heat and allow to cool. Drizzle over both toasted muffin halves and serve with a dash of powdered sugar.
