Ingredients

2 Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin Bagels
8 ounces thick-cut ham
2 slices Sharp Cheddar cheese
2 slices Gruyere cheese
Jam, to serve (optional)
Maple syrup, to serve (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium skillet over medium heat, warm the ham. Layer ham and cheese between bagel halves. Sandwich closed, place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite jam or syrup.
