Ingredients

3 Thomas’® Maple French Toast Bagels
5 eggs
1½ cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Maple syrup, to serve
Powdered sugar, to serve

Directions

1. Split bagels and cut into ½ inch pieces. Spray an 8-by-8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray, and fill with bagel pieces.
2. Put eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl and thoroughly whisk together. Pour mixture over bagel pieces, ensuring every piece is soaked. Press the pieces down to submerge in mixture. Cover pan and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight if you like.
3. Preheat oven to 450°F and bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with maple syrup and a bit of powdered sugar.
