Berries

Ingredients

1 Thomas’® Plain Bagels
1 Thomas’® 100% Plain Mini Bagel
Cream cheese
4 strawberries
4 blueberries
3 kiwis

Directions

1. Place whole bagel on cutting board and cut in half. Set aside one half and cut the remaining half in half again to yield 2 quarter-sized pieces. You should now have 3 bagel pieces total. Repeat process with mini bagel.
2. Use the 1 quarter bagel piece of both the mini bagel and the 20 oz bagel to create 2 heads by cutting out a small wedge for the serpents mouths. Save the other quarter bagel pieces to use as the tails.
3. Separate bagels and spread cream cheese on each half. Sandwich back together and create Nessie’s scales/fins by poking strawberry slices into cream cheese with the small ends of the strawberries pointing out.
4. Give each serpent a tongue by spreading a little cream cheese into the cut-out mouth and placing a strawberry slice. Create eyes using toothpicks to hold blueberries in place on either side of the serpent’s heads.
5. Slice kiwi and place on a platter to create a colorful base. Arrange bagel pieces to create the illusion of two serpents swimming in a sea of kiwi.
