1 Thomas’® Original English Muffin, lightly toasted
1 tablespoon shredded lettuce
2 grape tomatoes, sliced
2 teaspoons Italian dressing
1 slice Provolone, quartered
1 slice pepperoni
2 slices capicola
2 slices salami
1 tablespoon giardiniera

Directions

1. Place shredded lettuce, tomatoes and Italian dressing in a bowl and toss to coat.
2. Lay the cheese on toasted English muffin bottom and place in the toaster oven at 350°F for about 1 minute, or until cheese melts.>br/> 3. Layer on the pepperoni, capicola, salami, lettuce mixture and giardiniera. Top with English muffin lid and enjoy.
