Hawaiian Pineapple Bagel Thins Bagel

1 Thomas’® Plain Bagel Thins® bagel
½ cup Cottage cheese, divided
2 slices pineapple
- Lightly oil grill pan and heat over medium heat.
- Slice pineapple to desired thickness.
- Place pineapple on oiled grill pan and cook until both sides are lightly browned (approximately 5 minutes/side).
- Toast bagel thin and top each half with ¼ cup cottage cheese, followed by 1 grilled pineapple slice. Serve open-faced.
