Ingredients

1 Thomas’® Plain Bagel Thins® bagel
½ cup Cottage cheese, divided
2 slices pineapple

Directions

  1. Lightly oil grill pan and heat over medium heat. 
  2. Slice pineapple to desired thickness.
  3. Place pineapple on oiled grill pan and cook until both sides are lightly browned (approximately 5 minutes/side).
  4. Toast bagel thin and top each half with ¼ cup cottage cheese, followed by 1 grilled pineapple slice. Serve open-faced.
