Grilled Veggie Bagel
This vegetarian sandwich is bursting with charbroiled flavor!
1 squash, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
2. While grill heats up, cut squash lengthwise and thinly slice onion. Grill squash and onion on medium-low heat to your liking.
3. Place grilled squash on bagel base and top with onion, sliced avocado and crumbled Feta.
