Grilled Pineapple English Muffins
Grill up a little gourmet flavor!
3 Thomas'® Original English Muffins
½ Fresh pineapple; peeled and grilled
6 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (or use spreadable)
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate. Cut the pineapple into 6 slices about 2 to 3cm thick. Grill lightly on one side until slightly golden, and then remove from grill pan. Split the Thomas’ English muffins in half and lightly toast on the grill or in a toaster, then top with cream cheese to your liking. Place one slice of pineapple grilled side down on top of each muffin half. Put the English muffins back under the grill and grill lightly until grilled to perfection!
