Grilled Peanut Butter & Jelly Swirl Bread

2 slices Thomas’® Cinnamon Swirl Bread
1½-2 tablespoons peanut butter
1½-2 tablespoons grape jelly<
2 teaspoons butter
1. Build peanut butter and jelly sandwich by spreading peanut butter on one slice of cinnamon swirl bread and grape jelly on the other. Close the sandwich and butter the top slice of bread.
2. Place sandwich, butter side down, in a skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully butter the top of the sandwich while the bottom cooks to golden brown (approximately 3 minutes). Flip the sandwich and cook the other side for 3 minutes longer. Continue flipping and cooking until the sandwich is toasted and golden brown.
