You’ll shout “OPA!” over this burger’s incredible marriage of lamb, Feta and red onion.

Ingredients

1 Thomas’® Original English Muffin
¼ pound fresh ground Lamb
Red onion, sliced
½ cup Feta cheese
1 sprig fresh dill
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Turn grill to medium heat and allow to warm up.
2. Using your hands, form the lamb into 2 medium-sized patties about the size of an English muffin. Season to your liking with salt and pepper.
3. Grill approximately 6 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked.
4. Split and toast English muffins until golden.
5. Place the lamb patty on the toasted muffin base and top with sliced red onion, Feta crumbles and fresh dill. Cap with other muffin half and enjoy.
