1 Thomas’® Plain Bagel
4 teaspoons butter
2 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons chives

Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Split bagel and place each half, split side down, in butter. Carefully crack an egg into each bagel hole. (Some egg will run over but fear not.) Season with salt and pepper, cover the skillet and cook until the egg is set (approximately 4 minutes).
2. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with chives.
