1 Thomas’® Maple French Toast Bagels, toasted
2 strips bacon
2 eggs
¼ cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded

Directions

1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain.
2. Remove excess grease from skillet and return to stovetop. Scramble eggs over medium heat until cooked through. Fold in shredded cheese until melted.
3. Cut bacon strips in half and top bagel with 4 half strips. Cap with toasted bagel top and enjoy.
