2 Thomas’® Original English Muffins, toasted
2 tablespoons avocado
Pinch chia seeds
2 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ banana, sliced
2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
1 strawberry, sliced
2 tablespoons cream cheese
5 blueberries

Directions

1. Lightly mash avocado with a fork, spread onto 1 English muffin half and sprinkle with chia seeds.
2. Spread peanut butter on second English muffin half and top with sliced banana.
3. Smear chocolate hazelnut spread on third English muffin half and top with sliced strawberry.
4. Spread cream cheese on last English muffin half and top with blueberries.
