Egg White, Ham and Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

1 Thomas’® 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins® bagel
2 eggs or 1 cup egg whites
2 slices of deli cut ham
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
Toast a Thomas’ 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins® bagel until golden brown. If using eggs, crack, separate and discard the yolks placing the eggs whites into a small mixing bowl. Scramble the egg whites and pour into a small frying pan. Heat on low, stirring occasionally. Build a sandwich by placing cooked egg whites onto the bagel half and topping with sliced ham, cheddar cheese, tomato and avocado. Add a pinch of bean sprouts before covering with the other bagel half.
