Egg White, Avocado & Tomato Bagel
Enjoy this better-for-you breakfast any day of the week.
1 Thomas’® Everything Bagel Thins® bagel, toasted
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large egg
1 tomato, sliced
¼ cup avocado, cubed
1. In a small skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Separate egg white and yolk. Reserve yolk for another use. Cook egg white in skillet until desired doneness.
2. Build breakfast sandwich by layering tomato slices, then egg white, then avocado on bagel thins base. Cap with bagel thins top and serve.
