½ cup egg whites
6-8 stalks asparagus

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Brush melted butter and olive oil on asparagus and bake for 7-10 minutes.
2. Scramble egg whites. Top bagel thins base with scrambled egg whites and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper, and cap with bagel thins top.
