5 leaves arugula lettuce

Directions

Split and lightly toast Thomas’® 100% Whole Wheat English Muffin. Layer cheese, arugula and tomato on English muffin half. Cook egg whites in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, scrambling to desired consistency. Place egg whites on English muffin and top with other muffin half to make sandwich.
