Egg & Veggie Bagel Sandwich
Supercharge your morning with vibrant veggies and protein-packed egg whites
⅓ avocado, sliced
2 mushrooms, sliced
2 egg whites
Spinach leaves, wilted
2. Toast bagel thin.
3. Re-season skillet with olive oil and cook egg whites over medium heat until firm.
4. Lay egg whites on toasted bagel thin bottom.
5. Use same skillet to wilt spinach (approximately 30 seconds).
6. Layer spinach, mushrooms and sliced avocado on top of egg, followed by bagel thins top.
