Ingredients

1 Thomas’® Original English Muffin
1 egg
1 slice Cheddar cheese
1 slice thick-cut ham

Directions

1. Lightly toast the English muffin. In a small skillet over medium heat, fry egg to desired consistency. Turn off heat and place cheese slice on top of egg and cover until cheese melts slightly (approximately 1 minute).
2. Place the bottom half of the English muffin on a plate and layer ham and egg with cheese. Top with English muffin lid and dig in!
