Ingredients

1 Thomas’ Whole Wheat Bagel Thins® bagel
1 egg white
1 slice of ham
1 slice low-fat Swiss cheese
2 tomato slices
¼ avocado, sliced
½ cup bean sprouts

Directions

Toast a Thomas’ Bagel Thins® bagel until golden brown. Crack eggs, separate and discard the yolks placing the eggs whites into a small mixing bowl. Scramble the egg whites and pour into a small frying pan. Heat on low, stirring occasionally. Build a sandwich by placing cooked egg whites onto the bagel half and topping with sliced ham, low-fat Swiss cheese, tomato and avocado. Add sprouts before covering with the other bagel half.
